FWIW, I recently purchased the newest mod chips, (an upgrade), from the earlier Burr-Brown mod chips, from Ken Fox. I installed them myself, in only a few minutes, then took the amp out Saturday night on a gig that I've often worked and I'm quite use to the room acoustics. You can easily hear the difference in the chips. Outstanding tone! I ordered a second mod kit for my other Nash-1000. Thanks Ken!
