John's new cd is now out, and just chock full of excellent steel guitar work from Milo Deering (who also played fiddle on several tracks)! Only problem is, now I have to learn all of Mr. Deering's parts!!! When I received the scratch tracks to start rehearsing, I knew then that this was going to be a hum-dinger of an album. I received the finished product last Sat night after our show and was thrilled with how it turned out. The musicianship on this cd is superb. All in all, it would be a great addition to the music library of anyone who likes true country and honky tonk music.

He's a great player, and creatively original also.

I agree with you about his originality. It is amazing to me how some people seem to always be able to put the perfect licks or phrases in.

"we'll leave a light on for ya' "
what drew attention to the commercial and made people listen was the lone fiddle in the background.
that lone fiddler was...milo deering!
