As much as I try to convince myself, I'm off Teles and onto Gibsons in a big way. This one is a gem, though, and plays like butter. Sounds just like you'd expect an old Tele to sound - fabulous! Frets are original, but are even and have lots of life left. If you were gonna gig it heavily you'd probably replace them eventually. It has had a professional setup since I've had the neck off, and it feels great. It stays in tune and the intonation is great as well. The bridge pickup has been rewound (see description), and the overall output of the pickups is lower than that of a modern guitar, as I assume you would expect. Here is a link to pics and info....read carefully to avoid confusion. BTW, it has its original case as well.

Collectors need not apply. This one is either a player or a parts guitar, depending on your motives. Smile

I will consider partial trades for a Gibson SG '61 Reissue or any Gibson LP's or Juniors with '60s profile necks. I may also be swayed by a Gretsch, but I'm partial to Gibsons right now. I have a Strat so I'm fine in the Fender department.

Deal in the works, but I'm gonna keep it open for now until it's finalized.
