I got home yesterday and found this big box from UPS at the front door. Kinda like Christmas. Anyway, I opened it up and found a new Walker Steel Seat in there, with the side car. Very nicely built with attention to details. I've never had the side compartment on any of my seats before, and this is going to work out great. I'm sure I'll be like a woman with a new purse, and stuff it so full I can't find anything, but I'll know I have it! The extra width will also be nice, not that I need it? But with that in mind, this seat may make my "rear end" look too small.

Ray is a great guy and builds a great product. I know you'll be happy with his seats. They are stable, comfortable, and they just look good. All the hardware is sturdy and it should last many, many years. He has dealers set up around the country and they can deliver with very little waiting time. And they just look good too! Did I already say that?

Don't Be kicking this one over on your "wild and wooly" RR type performances and don't let Tommy Dodd sit on it

Don't you go worrying yourself about Tommy Dodds butt getting all over your seat now cause Tommy has "his own" Walker Seat

Randy my man.. you are a very special friend and one of the greatest steel guitarist I know..great voicing that always come from the heart..you see folks ole Randy was a contortionist in another life...now he's a steel player and "that's" how he's able to move all those pedals and levers the way he does . Enjoy the seat my friend ..

Ray, Did you Reinforce it and Build in Safety rails and a seat belt so he wouldn't fall off of it?

Sam, You Moving again, I told you several years ago that they wouldn't allow you to stay in N.C., now the Tennessee boys are running you off, boy thos ought to give you a complex or something. I've told you that Damyankees have to conform down here before they are allowed to stay, Better reconsider Maine too, those folks ain't as dumb as you would think, some of them are pretty sharp, So your future might not last too long there either.

John,
I think I am going to take your comments personally! Are you trying to say you think I'm too big for my britches?

Fortunately, Ray Walker's Steel Seats are made "Industrial Strength". So, not only does it support me, Donna and the dog were in my lap the other night in my studio and the seat wasn't even breathin' hard.

Seriously, if you need a manly size seat, check out the new Walker models. They sit fine!

And John, do you live on that computer? Maybe a Walker seat would be just what you need for those extended internet sessions!!

Blame this one on Mr Bill Feguson.
He told me you fell off your seat one time and I remembered that. Were you trying to develop a Robert Randolph type Act?

I'm not always on this computer, I go between that and Practicing Guitar and sleeping. I practice for at least 4 hours per day, every day.

This Social Security life is rough, but somebody has to do it and it might as well be me.

I have been thinking about a Walker Seat, but Ray and Buddy Walker are at Odds over which Brand and Type Mixer to install in it. I'm holding out for a new Mackie Digital Board but Buddy Walker won't spend the bucks for it. If I had Wheels and an engine in it, That would make life easier for me at Saluda. with my luck, I will probably get a mule powered Walker Seat, with the mule coming from one retired from the Georgia Gang Carpools. Probably Tommy Dodd's Ole burned out mule that was fed Varsity Hot Dawgs
