Need 8 string bar-blade pkup ??

I'm looking to buy an 8 string bar-blade type pkup , I'm putting together a 7 string steel but want the wider bridge string spacing to better utilize slants etc as I'm putting 7 strings across where the 8 strings spacing bridge would be !! It can't have the indiv. pole pieces. Should be a little less than 3/4 in. thick . This is going to be a "fool around with" lap steel so I don't want to spend a lot !! Anybody have anything kicking around that they don't use ??? Thanks !! the old geezer = Eddie "C"

I have a pickup that I took out of a homemade 8 string that has blade style magnets. It has L-705= writen on the back of it in marker. I don't know if thats what it is or if its a knock off. It worked just fine in the steel. The bars measure about 3 1/4 and the pickup is about 7/8 deep so this might be to big. I'll take $40 bucks + shipping for it if your interested. I can do PayPal.
