8 pedals 4 knee levers.. that's all I know..
What is it worth, and what are the changer capabilities.

Basil
It's a SuperPro. There are a number of people who are waiting to put late bids in, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it reaching £1500.

Hi Basil,

It looks like the last model they built. The Super Pro. I'd say early 80's.

It has a changer with 3 up and 2 down so any copedent will work. People complain about parts being made of pot metal but they can be replaced.

A nice looking and sounding guitar. Not too heavy. It's worth around $2,000 (+-) US dollars.

I contacted the seller earlier this week to ask what the 2 silver objects were at the front of the guitar, as I was worried that they were screw heads. He said that they were string ball ends. I think not. He lives just down the road from me so I was interested too.

He has also said how much he wants for the guitar, so don't be surprised if it gets withdrawn from sale.

Hey Ken, I always thought that the Super Pro came standard with six knee levers and eight pedals. Does it look like a couple of levers were removed? The first one I ever saw was a black guitar at Blackie Taylor's music store in California. It came in with 8 & 6 from the factory.........JH in Va.

Well the final price was .... $1,957.87 (£1,230)
And like you Ken I didn't get a satisfactory answer about the protuberances betwixt the neck and the front apron.
BTW I wasn't in the bidding after the uninformative answer from the seller.

Perhaps some sort of a music stand was screwed to the steel?

I'm fairly certain that's why my Marlen has some very conspicuous screw holes on the front apron Mad

Richard, your holes correspond with the size of the baseplate for a studio mike stand based on the "Anglepoise" design.
Similar to this but with a side mount.
