UPDATED 6/1:

Gibson BR-9. This has a correct repro steel nut blank for this to go with the bone replacement you see now.) My friend who made the steel nut blank suggests it should be plated; I'll leave that to the next owner. Likewise the string-post bushings. No case. Pickup cover has a crack and pu looks like a soapbar P-90. I'm assuming that must mean it's a replacement. $275.

-------

(Recent) Gretsch G400B Synchromatic archtop. Solid-spruce top/ lam. maple back 17" jazzbox. MIJ. Black finish. Catseye soundholes, non-cutaway. Has some finish-only cracks on top (previous owner attempted Magic Marker touchup in places) but no structural damage that I--or my luthier friend--can find. Great sound. Retail is over $2100. Here, $800 in Gretsch OHSC (made by TKL). new price (I also have a pre-war 300, re-necked and refinished in the 60s, but a great playing and sounding box, TKL HSC for $2K. Pics available.)

Peavey T-60 electric. VGC+. Classic all-natural ash body/maple neck. First year of manufacture--1978. $375 in OHSC.

(Also on eBay as of 6/1: ZB Student S-10, blue 3+1 Emmons. Prices/details there. If you bid and win, mention that you're an SGF member and I'll send b0b the commission.)

Prices don't include shipping. I use USPS unless weight restrictions prevent it. (PayPal +3%)

I can tell you the ZB SD10 is a sweet ride. Very smooth action like playing a modern guitar. These guitars are few and far between. I would buy but have
spent my allowance. Someone will get a great ZB.

Peter, if that is the ZB that Chuck McGill used to have, then you are getting a great one. I just spoke to Chuck and he is still kicking himself for letting that one go.

I'm waiting to hear from Ben. I've always been curious about a ZB. I think in their own way they have a sound as distinctive as a push pull, with maybe a little more "grind".

Sold another T-60 a long time ago. Keeping this one. I'm Straturated as it is. (Everything else in this bit of archaeology is gone.)

(Man, this is like Back To The Future...B0b--please close!)
