Hi, I don't have a profex but I use something similar I think.I assume your using the volume pedal patch. If the profex has left and right outputs, use one to go to the front input on one amp, the other output plug in the back of the second amp in the power amp input. The first amp will work normal, the second amp only the volume control will fuction. The controls on the first amp will run both amps except for the volume.Hope that helps,. I used a Profex II and two Nashville 400s a few years back. I hooked them up by going from the two outputs of the Profex II into the power amp in on the back of the Nashville 400s. This takes the 400 preamp circuit out of the picture and uses the preamp from the Profex. You can also go directly in to the front of the amps. You will need to cut back on your signal going in so you won't overdrive the input of the amps. |
