As with the Tele, unexpected expenses force this sale. I've owned the T-Bird bass for a few years and it has never left my home. It is in excellent plus condition. It shows it has been played a little, very slight headstock wear and the body is near mint. Frets are not all grooved up from the strings. It has not been abused.
This is the most versitile bass I have ever played. It will thump, slap and bite or just mellow along with a country tune. Thunder yes, but very controlable. Currently strung with RotoSounds, includes original Gibson case with shroud also in excellent condition in and out, shown in the pics.
About a $1600 bass new, this vintage T-Bird is $950 OBO shipped in the Con US.
