I saw one go for $810 on ebay just this past week. Granted, it was the earlier model with a blonde wood body and the Gumby headstock. Looked like it was in fairly good condition, but still... |

Actually Chris was being generous. In yesterdays pedal steel world, circa 1980s, the Maverick was worth more. In todays steel guitar world, it is much lower due to the fact that so many improvements have been made to the pedal steel.
300.00-350.00 realistically. |

There's one of the ugly brown ones on eBay right now -- bid's at $560.
And a red gumby-headstock for $430 with about two hours to go!
Three have sold since late September for $480, $560 and $920.
