| Another good meeting. The players :Jody Sanders-D10 Pedalmaster, Mark Everson-D12 Emmons, Oura Oubre-S12 Pedalmaster. No Featured Player. We were treated to a good variety of country and swing music. Musicians : Bass: Gene Brogdon, Guitar: Jim Saunders, Billy Phelps.(didn't know that Billy was such a hot guitar player) Fiddle:Mark Everson. Drums: Igor.Vocals : Gene Brogdon,Larry Schoppe, James Harvey. A good time was had by all. Thanks for the cookies and coffee. Thanks to all who attended. Was nice to see Dr. Grunch, AKA Harley Humphry, at the meeting. And a special thanks to Billy and Patty for all they do to keep our club operating. See you in Nov. Jody, Billy, and Patty. |

Jody, Billy Phelps is a constant source of amazement. He can play many instruments and guitar is certainly one of them. I had my jazz box Sunday and I wanted to hear him play it and indeed he did. That guitar is a DeAngelico and it never sounded better. We had fun with the core crowd. Thanks for what you do.

Jody and Billy,
Sorry I missed the meeting. I really wanted to come and show off my new G2. But this time of year, my wife has me building all of her crafts, getting ready for the fall and Christmas rush. Maybe I can be there in November. I really missed seeing everyone.
We've started a new opry show in Victoria. It's called the Crossroads Country Opry. We have a website and Facebook page. If you get a chance, come visit - every 4th Tuesday, Jaycee Hall, Victoria.
