Dierks Bentley was on PBS/Artists Den last night. May have been a rerun, but it was the first time that I had seen it. Tim Sergent stole (steeled) the show. Wonderful musician and beautiful tone. Was that a Jackson?

The show aired in my area last week. What I particularly enjoyed was that Tim got lots of camera time and brought a lot to the table in a five piece band. _________________ LeGrande II, Nash. 112, Fender Twin Tone Master, Session 400, Harlow Dobro, R.Q.Jones Dobro |

Yes, Tim plays a Jackson Pro IV. He also plays a Blackjack and Blackjack Custom. Tim's a great friend of mine too.

Wow!!! You guys are too nice. Thanks for all the kind words.
I haven't seen the Artist Den show, but I do know that it was quite awhile back and I think I was playing the Jackson Shot Jackson Commemorative steel that was Johnny Cox's while David & Harry was building my Pro IV.
The show was shot in Chicago in a warehouse type setting that housed a bunch of vintage cars...really expensive vintage cars I might add. The owner even had the old Ferrari that was in Ferris Bueller's Day Off movie. He said he couldn't play golf and he needed a hobby so he started buying old cars. I told him that golf lessons would've been a heckuva lot cheaper.
In Canada now getting ready for a soundcheck. Just wanted to say thanks for all the nice responses. Makes me wanna go check out that Artist Den thing. Sometimes we get to do fixes on some of that stuff and you can kinda hear what it's gonna sound like, but it was what you hear is what you get on that one.
Take care and God bless,
Tim |

Tim, Do you still do session work at Harvest Gospel Studio for Mark Hale in Huntington W. Va? I really liked your work on the project of Greg Caracofe's project. |

Hey, Kenny,
Good to see your name on here. I haven't been back up to Harvest in many years. Every now and then they will email me some songs and I'll put steel on them in my studio at the house and send it back to them, but that's about it. I still have that old push/pull Emmons that I played on your session way back when. |

Your Emmons is a 1971 Push-Pull, if I remember right? Great to hear from you Tim. |
