I met a really nice guy named Carl Vaughn here in Texas. He is a great singer and has produced some great recordings and written some great songs.
Anyhoo, he produced a CD of Gary Carpenter playing steel and he gave me a copy. I have heard of Gary before, but man, I did not know he was this good. I like this CD and I love his style. He is really really good. I have been throwing most of my love to Dickie Overby lately, but I am going to throw some love Gary's way now.
Thanks Carl for that wonderful CD of Gary Carpenter. |
