LR Baggs "Anthem"

Anyone tried these? Getting good reviews but i've heard some reports of some of that peizo glassy brittle tone in some registers of the guitar. Maybe i heard wrong. I hope so. I currently use a M1 active in my Alvarez which has pros and cons and would like to upgrade.
