hello! Mr. Hartley , I call you the other week from South America Paraguay.
Let me tell you a history, i have this friend , he have 70 years old
he is my partner at work, he have a guitar life style and his like
your job, he want now how he tune his guitar (ten string), please if

another think , he dont speake english at all , so im his traducer.

Can you see the mains power lead going into the guitar !!!!!!?

Phew, it must weigh a ton I reckon. Bless him. I have sent a nice reply with tuning and string gauges etc..

Hi David, so, did this fellow build this guitar himself? Sounds like he's really interested in learnin to play pedal steel if he's willin to put in all the work and time to build his own guitar. Smile

Yes, He has built it. It must have some pre-amp in the front of the guitar near the tuning pegs as the mains lead goes in there....I hope thats not 240volts..

I'm not sure I see that. I would guess that it powers the programmable servo mechanism that reads pedal position to tune the strings.

Yeh powers the tuner, the pitch correcter, and the bad lick filter.
