Hi, when was this catalog published? And when was the Console Grand used by Don Helms first offered and for how long was it offered? Of course, it's a non pedal steel guitar, here we see pedal steel guitars. Are they cable operated or shaft operated like more modern designs?

Notice that they don't give the weight of the pedal steel? I'd guess around 400 pounds! They keep sayin' "lightweight metal." "Lightweight" compared to what? A ship's anchor?
