For a while CB...Grover got divorced...LOL>.They dried up on the market while the lawyers decided who was going to get the company. Del started buying these Sperzels...Then he decided to just buy the guts, and engineered a way to insert them directly in the heads...I REALLY like them...the Grey/Black D10 has them too. Mick

Pat, unfortunately not...There would have to be too many mods, the guitar would have to be torn down again ....etc..Sorry bro!

My first Mullen had these tuners. Never a problem. I don't think Del would of put them on the market if he had any doubts.

Yes Larry it does....Interesting note...Mike at Mullen showed me on an older guitar where the bushing actually wore the aluminum down....So if your question is in regards to the failing of the spacer...I havent seen one yet. I replace them if they are disfigured, but thats usually from someone trying to hammer it into place, which isnt necessary....Did that answer your question?>..... Cool Mick

Yes it answered my question. That looks like the very Sunburst D10 that I sold about 10 yrs ago although I have no way of proving it.

Well Larry, shes gotten some tender loving care here in my shop. Shes currently torn down on the C6 side. The fourth string finger was disconnected, so I sent the changer to Del to have ALL of them replaced. The original silver fingers will be replaced with the newer black ones so they match. The E9 changer was very dirty as well, but its been cleaned and the E9 neck is back together...She sounds CREAMY!!!...I should have her "reborn" completely in a few weeks...thanks for your input..>!...Mickey

Just curious, are you replacing the bell cranks and pull rods?

The Bellcranks are fine, the pull rods are fine. I replaced only 4 nylon bushings that were deformed. I played the E9 neck while plugged directly into my rack, which has a Peterson tuner inline...The pulls are true and precise Larry..
