I have a Profex II with controller, 2 New power supplies, and new midi cable. It has Burr chps and batteryless mods done. $350 + shipping.

With the batteryless mod done there is not much need for the memory card.

Even a battery-less memory chip could lose memory under a heavy power surge, like a lightning strike. The chances are slim, but I have seen it happen.
