#9374 (more pix here: http://www.bluestemstrings.com/9374.html, but the photo below captures the color better)

If you want a new lap steel built to your specs for a great price it'll be hard to top Mr. Cordle. The split single coil p'up sounds great and is really quiet, too.

Congrats on your new steel - Randy does top-notch work and was great about helping me get the steel of my dreams. His split coil pickup sounds outrageously good both clean and overdriven -- I get a lot of compliments on the tone (as opposed to my playing...)

Thanks, but I was hoping for something through a good amp and a few different kinds of licks Smile That clip sounds like it's DI to a sound card.

Thing is, I think I'll be ordering a Bluestem very similar to yours, but I want a lap Stringmaster sound Very Happy
