O.S.G.A will have a Mexican food dinner Saturday, July 17, 6:30 PM at Senior' Antonio's' in the Lewis Center Shopping Center. (near the corner of Powell Road and State route 23.

This is on the north side of Worthington off Route 23.

We will have their back room which can hold 35 to 40 people, so come if you like Mexican Food. Each person can order off the menu and have their own check.

Please e-mail me (thru the forum) if you are coming and I will give the manager a rough head count for proper seating arrangements and the correct number of servers. You can still come if you forget to e-mail until the last minute.

phone is ok also, 614 436 9000

Directions:
From the far south take I-71 north as you approach I-70 and downtown Columbus, get in the middle lane and take state route 315 north, then follow below.

From the south, come north on State Route 315 to
I-270,

for reference only, pass Bethel Road and pass SR-161, As you see the I-270 signs,

get in the right lane of state route 315 and take the East bound ramp for I-270. At the end of the ramp do NOT actually get on I-270, but keep to the right and get off on the second ramp to go North bound on State route 23.

(this is a little tricky, The ramp is actually a two lane ramp that services I-270 East, then State Route 23 south, which is the right lane, SR 23 northbound which is the left lane of the ramp and second right ramp and finally continues to be the ramp to I-71 south, all from the left lane of the ramp. So you want to be in the left lane of the ramp, but not on I-270. then take the second ramp to the right for SR-23 north.)

Lewis Center is about 3 miles north of I-270, so continue north on 23 until you come to Powell Road. There is a Marathon gas station on the right. This is the beginning of the Lewis Center, continue north, until can see the Walmart on the right. You are there. About 1/4 mile

Lewis center is a upside L shaped complex with Walmart on the long side of the L and Senior' Antonios' on the short side of the L. The restaurant is on the far north edge of the center.

There are three entrances to the shopping center. one near the Marathon, (skip this one), the second one at the Mc Donald's, you can go in this one and turn left.

And the third is at the north end and very near the restaurant. Right turn and into the parking lot.

Wow. I'm shocked. When I lived in Lewis Center the only thing there was an antique store at the corner SR 23& Lewis Center Rd. Lewis Center had a mill, post office & church. It was by God country. Wish I could be there just to check it out and socialize. I love Mexican Food and get lots of it here in San Antonio.

Gary,
Wow! A blast from the past. That was a fun band for me. Connie Sarino was the base player and he now lives in Flordia, We correspond all the time. That was a long time ago, I've lived here in San Antonio since 1979. And yes Sonny was the guitar player.
