I should know but don't. Last time I saw him was at the Lakeland Steel Show back in February.

I visited Farris last week, as I try to about every month. He said he needed a heart operation to replace the aortic valve, and hopes that once that is over his energy level will improve. He was pretty tired when I saw him and our visit was short. He was to see his doctor the following day and find out more about the surgery. I'll let y'all know what's going on when I find out.

Russell, I had my aortic valve replaced just this past April, and not only did it save my life, but I feel better than I have in years. Please let Farris know that he'll feel fine after it's over and he'll be back to his old self again.

Russell; I think it would be appropriate to pass on the goodwill message from the entire SGF. But, please don't ask him for any recipes!! Shocked

Arch.
