Hey all,
I just bought this old regal hawaiian squareneck:

adorable right?

Anyhow, I'd like to install a pickup in my new, soft-spoken, wooden friend. Any suggestions?

I use a Fishman Rare Earth Humbucker with my little Oahu squareneck. It will fit in a small soundhole. Easy install and removal, so you can move it from instrument to instrument. Can be plugged straight into a guitar amp w/o preamp.

I've used the Dean Markley Pro Mag SC-1 Acoustic Pickup (single coil) with my Oahu and have been very satisfied with it. It is easily inserted in the soundhole and easily removed for use on another guitar.
