I hope this is in the proper topic section.
This morning I received an email from Jeff Surrett, Show Pro guitars. My virus checker would not allow me to open it. I called Jeff and he said some weird things were going on with his email address. It would appear his address has been hacked. The text of the message says.."Take a look see what you think" and a url is given. Jeff says he never sent any emails out. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. |

I received one too and also from family members emails. Obviously hacked.  |

I've been getting quite a few of those just recently, obviously there's a push on for whatever those sites redirect to. A hacked forumite told me b0b had tracked his back to a server in Romania...
Just gotta be careful and really look before opening anything even from people we regularly communicate with. Sad.

yep I got one too with a link in it to something dodgy ...just delete it cos it's not actually from Jeff !

As they have said above, just delete it..
My virus checker caught it & sent up a red flag.
