Sure is pretty looking!! Not sure what it might have done to the value for purists, but the refinished wood looks gorgeous, better than most stock finishes. Someone is gonna get a really nice, unique looking guitar. If I didn't already have two Telecasters, and had enough extra money I'd jump on it. Good luck with it!

What a transformation! I used to have a '79 Tele with that 1/8" thick, sticky ppoly finish that cracked all over the place. This is SOOOO much nicer!
