Here you can buy straight from the Horse's mouth so to speak....or you can find the same BIAB on E-bay or Amazon for a little less... most of the time.

I checked out the prices at PG and I checked out the prices at Musicians Friend.....MF was considerably cheaper........check it out

No support. They're just a music retailer. You can still go to the PG website for help, can't you???
