We will be doing a run of 12 of these new units. We will build 6 Tweed and 6 in Rough Brown Tolex.

These are based on the reverb circuit of the old Premier 90. We have made many improvements to the original circuit. This is just the best sounding reverb units I have ever heard. Much more like hall reverb, as it used a re-circulating reverb. Unlike the Fender system and others it feeds part of the reverb output back to the tank input for very natural decay. We will used the Fender style reverb chassis and cabinet. Our circuit boards will be all hand made here in the shop!

We will be pricing them at $699.00 and $40.00 more for the Tweed (due to the lacquer surcharge).

Each circuit board will be hand built, like the old Fender boards.

The unit will have a gain structure of just below unity gain to just above unity gain via the mix control knob. These have a foot-switch panel mounted jack for a standard 1/4" jack foot-switch.

This also acts as a tube buffer for your instrument, no need to run a buffer other than the reverb unit. You can sit is beside you and have full reverb control at your fingertips as well as not needing a Matchbox or other buffer. Also features a variable input impedance control for 27K to just above 1 meg input impedance.

We will use an 18" IEC male pigtail, allowing disconnection of the the supplied 10' IEC power cord.
That was a suggestion early on that will work well. That way you only have about a 1' of power cord to stuff back in for travel.

Each will be supplied with a D2F cover. The cover will also feature a zipper pouch on the back to hold the power cord and footswitch.

The tank will be a 3 spring, medium decay, MOD reverb tank, These are some of the best tanks I have ever seen produced! They sound awesome as well.

For lower noise we will use metal film and carbon film caps.

Tubes are 12AU7 and a 12AT7 (ECC81).

Power supplies are both full wave bridge rectified.
Unlike the original Premier we will use a choke on the power supply and more plate voltage to get cleaner headroom thru the unit. The Premier was prone to distort when driven hard. We solved that by using a larger power transformer (same as in the Fender Reverb units).
