I'm looking for one that is not beat to death but not one of the new ones.

Good amps but watch for false channel switching! There is a mod needed on two power resistors to overcome this. Same issue on the Hot Rod Deluxe and Deville amps! Easy to do. One with those problems can be bought for a deal!

Also amps are prone to have broken inputs jacks. I have modded several to replace these cheap plastic jacks with real metal Switchcraft jack!

After that, these are darn good amps and good sounding amps!

By the way, I have fixed 3 Hot Rod Devilles in the last few months with these problems.
