Never heard of him, but even with the crummy recording sound, you can tell he gets some luscious tone.

Ron, I believe Rex is from my hometown of Southampton England, he also plays great Sax.

There's a bio (you're right, Lee, he lives in southern England). He's been playing since the thirties (that helps explain the skill level). And he's posted 114 songs on Soundclick, all in much better fidelity than the YouTube video.
