Marty Stuart's new album "Ghost Train" is available on his web site www.martystuart.net
This is a smok'n country album featuring some of the best steel guitar players in the world including some classic playing by our beloved Ralph Mooney. Marty Stuart loves steel guitar players, and Ralph Mooney in particular. You can watch the video interview on his web site where he clearly states this. The CD is $15.00. Marty is out there giving us great classic country music both on T.V. every week and on the road. Lets show our support for him and saying a big thank you by getting a copy of this superlative new CD. Thanks Marty!

I'm with you Kevin! I can't wait to get my copy!! I've had it on pre-order for weeks.

Marty is a musical soul and I really connect with the honesty and care that emotes from his projects. "The Pilgrim" album is in my all-time top ten list.... (sometimes top 5) Smile

Changing the subject just a bit,Marty Stuart's country music memorabilia collection "Sparkle and Twang" is on display at the Riley Center in Meridian,MS until September 18,2010.The collection of the star's Nudie suits, cowboy boots, instruments, photographs and other country music related items is really something to see.The TV show ain't bad, either.

If you can't make it to Sparkle & Twang in Meridian, you can take a virtual tour here:

These are shots I took when the show was in Los Angeles. Very cool exhibit!
