There's 4 common changes for a 4th lever:

Raising string 1 to G is a cool change...if you can raise string 7 to G along with it, it's even more useful. I've got that on LKV.

Lowering string 5 to Bb...and maybe also string 10, but it's not necessary.

Another common change is to lower string 6 to F#.

Raising string 1 to G# and string 2 to E is useful. This is often on a lever with the string 6 lower.

There's a lot of cool sounds in any of these changes. But I'd recommend raising 1 and 7 to G.

You mentioned that you raise string 2...did you mean lower? That would be more common.

What's the 11th string on the guitar? an E? G#?

I think you'll like a first string semitone raise, Spencer. It's great for bringing the top pair into harmony on a IV chord played in the A/F position. Another way of looking at it: with A/F, it gives the first 5 notes of a descending major scale one fret above the I chord in the A/B position. Hope that makes sense! Anyway, I don't think I could do without it.
