Are there any "safe" products used by others that can clean the changers, etc. from dust and grit collected? It's not bad, just want to clean a guitar I purchased from the estate of a friend (fellow steeler) who passed away earlier this year. Thanks for any replies to my inquiry.

I use the Ronson Lighter Fluid. Works well for me and dries quickly and leaves no residue. Jack

Thank you all for your posts and suggestions. I will look into these methods. Just goes to show what wonderful people you meet on a pedal steel guitar. Forget meeting them on Honda's anymore!

I also use Ronson lighter fluid which is hard to get in my neighborhood,I guess people sniff it to get high? They keep it under lock&key at the grocery store and make me sign out for it. Winking
