PAUL I JUST READ THE POST YOU MADE BACK IN FEB. ABOUT YOUR PEDALBRO C6 TUNING. I HAVE BEEN DABBLING IN THE "UNIVERSAL " IDEA FOR A WHILE AND I HAVE A SINGLE 12 I'M NOT USING AND THOUGHT I MIGHT TRY THAT C6 BASED TUNING. IF YOU WERE TO USE THIS ON PEDAL STEEL WOULD YOU GO WITH A C6 OR D6 TUNING? I'M THINKING MAYBE A D6 MIGHT CAPTURE MORE OF THE OVERALL TONALITY OF BOTH SIDES. WHAT DO YOU THINK? THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR IDEAS WITH US ON THIS FORUM.

John,

I chose C. D would also sound fine.

Cool idea...that's essentially the same concept behind Sneaky Pete's B6th.

I'd like to try Paul's setup on that...with the chromatics, it would be very versatile...
