One of the great writers/producers of Hawaiian music in it's waning Golden Era was Paul Page, one who made sure the steel guitar was prominent in his recordings. He's one of many from years past now mostly forgotten, so here's to Paul Page, many thanks for the great work!

Ron, I switched the text you pasted from that page to the actual link to the page, as the formatting was destroyed from the copy and paste, which made it very hard to read.
Thanks for sharing that link. It's good to know about the people behind the steel guitarists sometimes. _________________ Brad’s Page of Steel

Thanks, Ron, for the article on Paul Page and for reminding me that I have several of Paul's LPs in my collection. Not sure how many as I don't have access to my catalog right now. I'll have to dig them out and listen to them one of these days. Don Blanding is also mentioned in the article of which,--I have several of his books. Both Paul Page and Don Blanding are real favorites of mine.
Thanks again and keep on digging up these obscure items.
