I just received the Nashville 1000 that I bought from Steve English. Before we completed the transaction, he patiently answered every question. He sent me photos of the amp, and of the method that he has used to pack amps for shipment in the past. He even took responsibility for the condition in which the amp arrived at my door. He is in Arizona; I am in Texas. The amp arrived today, in great condition. It looks even better than in the photos. The amp has a Ken Fox chip upgrade. I also received the original chips. Steve included the cover, foot switch, and a set of casters. He provided me with an overview of the amp that he took the trouble to download from the Internet.
I have bought many items via the Internet over a period spanning several years. I have some very good experiences, and a few bad ones. I have never had a more positive Internet purchasing experience than the one I just completed with Mr. English.
We often read rants and gripes regarding unpleasant experiences of this nature. We readily complain when we feel that we are dealt with unfairly. I feel that it is only fair that it works both ways.
Steve English's efforts far exceeded those of many people with whom I have dealt. As far as I am concerned, he is a man of his word. _________________ Hey, mister, how do you pedal that thing anyway?

Too many steels, amps & other stuff, and an open mind. I have tube amp bias. |
