I just ordered my second TriboTone bar.
There's nothing wrong with my original TriboTone. In fact, it gets better the more I use it.
I just want a backup in case the bar gets "borrowed" at a late night jam session.
I have a bunch of steel gigs this summer and traveling with the two TriboTone bars
will be expensive. To truly implement my TriboTone insurance policy I'll need to buy
two separate airplane tickets so the bars are on separate flights. _________________ Gerald Ross

In the event you haven't made provisions in your Last Will and Testament, you might want to add the following:
"I give and bequeath my two (2) Tribotone bars to MICHAEL D. NEER. In the event that he shall not survive me, ...." _________________ Links to streaming music, websites, YouTube: Links |

I have three, it is too easy to leave home without a bar. I keep one with my Clinesmith at all times and the others sorta migrate around the house. _________________ www.deluxe34.com lap steel stands, Clinesmith, Gibson Console Grande, Northwesterns, The Best Westerns

I remember borrowing your Tribo-tone during one late night jam...you should be more careful
Do you get the standard "B" bar at 5oz.? |

Aloha Gerald,
I have one of those Manaloff style bars and I really like it. For some things, I find it a little light, but on the more uptempo stuff, it lets me zip around pretty well. Enjoy your "second son"

You guys must be a little crazy spending $50. to $100. for a bar when you can use an old railroad spike. But then maybe I'm a little nuts for spending $150. for a 100% silk shirt with silk embroiderd back from the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.
If you got it,--flaunt it !
Hope to see you all at the Joliet Convention. Our special guests are the best and there will be no disappointments,- I can guarantee it.[/img] |
