Marshall JTM30 Value?

I have a local that wants to trade me a Marshall JTM30 and he says it has all new tubes in it - Since I know nothing about them I was hoping for some ball park estimates of it's value - here's the photo he emailed me - Thanks in advance for any help guys - DB

there was a good article on this model Marshall in VIntage Guitar some months ago. One the "sleeper" amps...not much $$ but easily tweaked to be great.
