I use to play Breathe with an acoustic Pink Floyd tribute trio. I will try to find the time to tab it out for you, if you are not in a big hurry.
If you wanna start practicing, the first hint is about tuning: in Dark Side of the Moon Gilmour was supposed to use G B D G B E tuning.

Thomas,
I don't have the song tabbed out, but I have been playing this song with my group.

To get you started...if your using a pedal steel, step on your b and c pedals and start at the 10th fret, strings 4,5,6.

The first strike is on strings 4 and 5, then strike 5 and 6 sliding up to fret 12.

Hope this helps.

Rick
