While changing strings and doing a general cleaning of my Desert Rose guitar my Z-Bar which was on top of my LTD which was on top of a milk carton took about a four foot dive and hit the sharp edge of the pedal rack/bar before landing on the floor.I held it up to a high intensity light and looked thru a magnifying glass and there isn't a mark on it...Unbelievable! Winking Winking Winking

The garden is lovely, as always. Bad renovations and McMansions creeping in North of Queens Blvd.

I tried messing with the Z to make bars - it is almost as hard as diamonds - it has to be centerless ground and it is not easy to do.

Stainless steel bars are soft because what makes stainless stainless is the nickle - the nickle is soft.

That is why I laugh when the argument comes up nickle vs SS strings
