Bobbe,
I have to tell you Thanks again for the wonderful time that my wife Sandy and I had visiting your shop and talking with you last Friday morning. Although we had a great time listening to some great music downtown and at the Opry, visiting your shop and meeting you was the highlight of the trip for us. We really enjoyed talking about music and the people we both knew, and of coarse talking about airplanes. I have not talked with anyone about aircraft since I retired from Boeing over three years ago. Thank you for your CD, we love it and listened to it on the way home on Monday, while battling the wind and rain. I will be buying more of your CD's soon. Also thanks to your folks for burning a copy of your Video on Intro's, Fills and Turnarounds for me. Great stuff for beginners like me, I love it and it will be a great help to me. You are truly a gentleman, as well as a great Steel Guitar Player. Congratulations on your induction into the HOF, it is a long time over due. Hope to see you the next time we are in town, hopefully in the not too distance future.

Sincerely,

Ron and Sandy Stephens

Ozark, Mo.

Ron:
Get used to it. Although I've not met Bobbe face to face, he has treated me with utmost respect and honesty in any of dealings that I've had the pleasure of dealing with him.

Bobbe taught me something 4 years ago, the lesson material I only just recently needed. The lesson was and continues to be priceless.
(That's priceless as in "invaluable", not priceless as in "Priceless". Smile )

You guys are just way too nice. Just remember, I love seeing and talking to each of you as much or more than you do me. You folks that visit me are being my window on the the world, and I'd lot rather talk to you all than have to ride that bus again!!!!!!!

The whole world of steel guitar comes by my store, I love seeing and conversing with all of you, if the conversation drifts over into Aircraft, Hot Rods, Motorcycles, puppies or kitties, that will be fine too!
This world is a big place full of great people and players, I want to know all of you,,,,,personally!

Your friend,,,,,,Bobbe Seymour Smile

I popped in to see Bobbe today at his store.

While not quite on top form health-wise, he is still someone that is switched on to what is happening in the steel guitar world.

Wonderful news about his induction, it had to happen sooner or later. Smile

I haven't been down that way in a long, long time. Good to read about others' visits with Bobbe at Steel Guitar Nashville.

See you at Scotty's, Bobbe!
