Hi my fellow steelers,
This is one of those "vids", about where the magic happens. I always struggle with the "backing tracks", because, I play "all," the back up instruments, for the vids. Therefore they are not as perfect, as some that I have heard on our forum, but I keep trying!
Now, I know, I`m not as professional, as some on this forum happen to be, but remember, for me this is "pain reducing therapy", and a "great hobby" ! Any way I hope somebody gets a kick out of these things!
Be Blessed!

Ron that is absolutely fantastic work that you are doing and I'll say for a fact that you are totaly professional at your guitar and steel guitar playing...I love the sound of your music. I'm no pro at my music but it is a way that the good Lord has given all of us to really enjoy life, playing music seems to make life so much smoother and enjoyable to live. Keep up the great work my friend and God Bless. _________________ Marlen SD 10 3 and 5,Fender 5 String Banjo, Flinthill 5 string banjo,Johnson Resonator Guitar, Ibanez AFS75T Country/Jazz Guitar. |

Hi Guys!,
As usual I`m a little late in responding to your comments But, here I am!!!
To: Clyde (Mattocks)
Thanks my friend for your encouragement. And yes I was very very fortunate in obtaining this 1952 Les Paul in superb condition, and I am aware of it`s value, but I play it anyway!
To: Bruce (Fischer) Thanks my friend, for your encouragement!
To: John H.(McGlothlin) To my co-laborer in physical challeges, "We" can only do as God has blessed us my friend. I thank you so much for your words of encouragement. God bless you!
To: Chuck (Hall) My namesake! Yes!!!, I love that goldtop L.P.! Actually, I have a Bass, but I`m looking at picking up a Hofner, or rather a copy of same in the very near future. Only because of the weight, and size needs. And yes, I lay down a mean bass track. Sometimes I "almost" get it right! (A lot of praying goes on when I play! )
Thanks so much guys!!!
Be Blessed!

Hi Bob, (Farlow)
It`s good to hear from you! Yes my friend, I could not do anything, without help from my father. The kind of attempts at the music that play, needs all the help I can get! Especially for a guy like me, who has wandered into some pretty tough territory. After all, there are some very talented professional musicians here who can be pretty tough sometimes, and for a little guy like me, with my "style" and "background of playing", can make things pretty rough, for us little guys, But I also have to remember, that for me, playing this music is "pain therapy", and just a "hobby". Futhermore, I`m just honored to be here, among some the greatest musicians in the "Steel" community, no matter how I play! God Bless you my friend, and thanks for your encouragement!
