I don't know, but someone suggested it might be Walter Haynes in the comments below the video.

Great vintage Emmons stuff though. The man has it all. Tone, chops, presence.

It is Walter.......Also, if you note the flat top guitar player is <B>Jerry Byrd</B>.

YES it is JERRY BIRD and that flat top player has a steel in front of him if you look close.
