Greg Cutshaw has graciously made his patterns and songs for the Boss DR-880 Drum machine available. I went to the Roland site and downloaded the latest drivers for Windows 7 64-bit. I also downloaded Greg's files. My Problems being that when I try to open either file, I get the "Windows cannot open this file" warning. It also wants to know what system created the file. Where am I going wrong?

Leon,
The only way you can download the files to the DR-880 is to use the instructions on page 141 of the the DR-880 manual.
There are 5 files:
SYSTEM.DR8
UGFX.DR8
UKIT.DR8
USEQ.DR8
UTSC.DR8
Windows can not open these files! You can only load them into your DR-880 using the procedure on page 141.
