Does anyone know where I might be able get this book? Every online resource I've checked does not have it. (Amazon, Elderly…)

I'd like to snag a copy as well, but someone recently said they are out of print.

Not now, out of stock, but supposedly coming 'soon'.

i'm guessing there was a rumor these had gone out of print and there must have been a run on them - i was looking for one about a month or so ago and found a few places that still had them.

John and I sold the last of our current stock to Elderly. We need to do another print run and will do so as soon as we get the time to attend to it. The book will not be out of print. The Music Emporium in Lexington Mass. may have a few copies in stock.
