I have one of these that was given to me by a bandmate years ago.
The unit runs fine with a piece of tin foil (gasp) in the fuse slot, but blows the fuse when I insert the rated fuse on the fusecap.
If anyone has one can they please tell me the fuse rating? The schematic online does not show the fuse value.
Thanks,
Lefty

What value is the "rated" fuse, Lefty? Is it supposed to be a "SloBlo" fuse by any chance? This would be indicated if the printing by the fuse cap says "SB" after the fuse rating.

If you have already tried a slow blow fuse of the rated value and the unit still blows these consistently you might try stepping up to higher values, 1/4 or 1/2 Amp at a time until you find a fuse that does not blow. This does not mean that the unit is properly protected but it is a whole lot safer for all concerned than using tinfoil!
