pick/palm blocking exercises

Anybody have any pick/palm blocking exercises tabbed out?

Just trying different stuff.

Also looking for scales to learn and any suggestions which would be the best to learn as a total beginner.
Only had my steel 10 days.

I got a couple of C and G scales from S Benzian's (sp?) site but I'm hungry for scales and pick blocking stuff.

Keith do a search on Dick Sexton or Greg Cutshaw...Both of them have some GREAT FREE tabs and exercise they have posted...
