Jeff Goormans: Steel Guitar Tribute to Father Damien

My good friend and a great steel guitarist from Belgium, who I have introduced before in this Forum, sent me this beautiful melody a few days ago in which he plays tribute to Father Damien of Moloka'i and who hailed from Belgium too. I loved it, different from the familiar Hawaiian flavours... played from the heart. The timing is appropriate: Father Damien Day is celebrated in Hawai'i on April 15. He was beatified by Pope John Paul II in Rome on June 4, 1995.

It is called "My Good Shepherd"
