If you'd like some pre-owned ones, I have some spares. $20 plus shipping for the four cables shown below including the eight right angle plugs. The longest is 16" and the shortest about 2-3".

That is a heck of a deal- the list on the straight plug is $8.25/ea and the angled is $7.75/ea and the cable is $1.95/ft. The cool thing is that basically the cables are lifetime because the ends are totally reusable (and by far the most expensive part) and most any cable problem can be solved with a side cutter and a small screwdriver.
