on this clip, there's only a piano on stage. maybe lip synched from the album?
anyhow, this is the album he recorded it on (Bandit records, 2005), but I have no idea whether the steel player on the album is the same as from the you tube clip.

The steel player on the record is Paul Franklin. If the music is recorded, it's probably Paul on steel.
