Looking for a Strat body, preferably hardtail, but tremolo is ok. Solid wood please, not laminated.

Scott...If you are unable to locate one used, Stewart MacDonald has anything you require to build a guitar (including an archtop tailpiece, noticed your other post below).

Thanks David, I'm looking for something a little more vintage on the tailpiece than what they have. May be harder to find than what I was thinkin, lol.
On the strat body, I'm kinda hopin to find something used. I'm gonna strip it and refin anyway, and I already have a neck for it. These days you can find a complete strat almost cheaper than the bodies are, and trick it out with better parts.

Scott, the "garage sale" section of the Telecaster Discussion Page is a great source of pre-owned Tele & Strat parts. I do a lot of my shopping there.
