I can't remember when I've had more fun than when myself and a few others got to visit "afterhours" with Mernel, Joe and Richard in the main ballroom at the Texas show.
We told lies and jokes 'till the wee hours of the morning and I don't think any of us were ready to leave, but we had to for security reasons.
Thanks guys for a great time that reminded me so much of the "old days" gettogathers we used to have all the time.
Not only fantastic players, but also fantastic and gracious people. Very Happy
BB

Bobby, you are so right about these 3 musketeers. All 3 are exceptional pickers and are fun guys to be around. I saw them in the Telonics room as well as on the main stage and they are great entertainers as well as fine players. I hope they are back next year.

Hi Ivan,
How are you and that Emmons getting along together?

I didn't get to meet Joe, but I did get to meet and kid around with Murnel and Richard and they're great guys ... and absolutely super players! Smile
